**Job Summary**:
The **Academic Coordinator** plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth academic functioning of the institution. This role involves curriculum planning, teacher coordination, student performance monitoring, and implementation of educational policies. The Academic Coordinator acts as a bridge between the management, teachers, students, and parents to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain high academic standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Planning & Implementation**:

- Develop, review, and implement the curriculum as per the board guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, IB, State Board, etc.).
- Ensure the effective execution of lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and assessments.
- Introduce innovative teaching strategies and digital learning tools.
- **Teacher Support & Supervision**:

- Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
- Conduct regular teacher observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize teacher training programs, workshops, and professional development sessions.
- **Student Performance & Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress and suggest interventions for improvement.
- Analyze assessment results and recommend strategies for academic excellence.
- Collaborate with teachers to address learning gaps and provide remedial support.
- **Academic Administration**:

- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and examination schedules.
- Coordinate timetables, syllabus completion, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with board regulations and school policies.
- **Parental Engagement & Communication**:

- Organize parent-teacher meetings and address academic concerns.
- Communicate student progress reports and suggest strategies for home support.
- Respond to parental queries and foster a collaborative school environment.
- **Quality Assurance & Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure adherence to educational standards and institutional policies.
- Implement policies for student discipline, attendance, and academic integrity.
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
- **Event & Activity Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee academic events, competitions, and school functions.
- Encourage student participation in inter-school and national academic programs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
