**Designation**: Academic Co-ordinator, UPSC.

To plan, prepare and execute admission and marketing strategies of the academy. To play a proactive role in the administration as well as other academic matters of the academy.

**Daily Work Timings**:

- 5.5 days a week.
- Sundays will be mandatory workday.
- Compulsory work from office role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Admission related activities**
- Counsel potential aspirants, helping them plan and understand how we can catalyse their UPSC civil service exam preparation.
- Executing enrolment/admission targets.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of learning.
- Owning the complete closing life cycle for leads assigned. This includes making phone/video calls, course demonstration, admission formalities, and post admission grievance management etc.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on sheets/Learning Management System with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing/other teams on lead quality.
- Visiting educational and other institutions for presentations and other promotional and marketing activities of the academy.

**Academics related activities**
- Plan schedule/time table.
- Make academic rosters.
- Faculty Management.
- Conduct Test Series.
- Maintain Faculty Feedback reports.
- Coordinate between faculty & students for their requirements.
- Meeting Students and Parents related to their queries regarding academics.
- Generate references for new admissions from the enrolled students.
- Responsible to understand Students problems and provide them possible solution and handling any other grievances.
- Submission of relevant reports to immediate reporting manager as and when required.
- Graduate with minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in similar profile (academic counselling).
- Individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination.
- Great listeners and trustworthy individuals who can bond well with the potential aspirants.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of service at all times to our prospective students.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
