**Soft Skills**:Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, Commited, Taking Ownership, Can Do Attitude, Follow up with students for fees collection on time.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Handling Telephone calls-outgoing and incoming calls in the absence of receptionist.
- Maintaining all telephone lines, instruments & intercoms in good working conditions
in the absence of receptionist.
- Handle student’s queries & Grievances.
- Maintain admission register for diploma batch
- **Students documents Management**
a. Diploma students Management
b. Collect, update and admission the documents
c. Update attendance and fees accordingly in both manual and CMIS
- **Attendance Management**
a. Register Update
b. Maintain manual &CMIS
c. Maintain guest faculty attendance register.
- **Fees Management**
a. Fees register maintenance
b. Fees collection.
c. Track late fees payments and follow -up with students.
d. Maintain fees statement for diploma.\
e. Display pending fees circular in notice board and coordinate with faculty in collection.
- **Time Table Management**:
a. Generate and maintain time table.
b. Time table for midterm and final exams
c. Display timetable on notice boards
d. Authenticate and track all classes as per their time table.
- **Exams Coordination**:
a, Prepare timetable for final exams
b. Issue clearance forms and hall tickets to students.
d. Announcement of results on notice board.
e. Coordinate with Principal & AGM for clearance to generate marks card and certificates.
f. Coordinate with AGM for marks card and certificate.
g. Issue certificates and marks cards by taking acknowledgement from students.
- ID cards management for students (Create, issue and track).
- Keeping the track of all classes if they are in accordance to the time table
- **Question paper management**
a. Coordinate with faculties.
b. Keep question paper ready before examination.
- Pantry stick management
- Handling of office boys cleaning ladies.
- Managing the Maintenances and repairs.
- Attendance and leave statement of the staff to be prepared every month.
- Any other responsibilities the management may entrust upon you.
Office Administration, Faculty part time salary computation & attendance management. Office Mtce & Repairs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,043.79 per month
