Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing & Brand Management:

- Brand Awareness:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and awareness of salon products within the salon industry.
2:

- Execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, new arrivals, and seasonal offers in partnership with salon owners and stylists.

Promotional Activities:

- Organize in-salon product demonstrations, promotions, and events to showcase products to salon professionals.
Design and manage promotional materials, brochures, and point-of-sale displays to be used in salons or at trade shows.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the salon and beauty market.
Gather feedback from salons, stylists, and consumers to inform product development or marketing improvements.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Client Support:
1 : -Provide expert advice and after-sales support to salon clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Address any product-related queries, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally. 2:

- Product Education:
Conduct training sessions for salon staff to ensure they understand how to use and promote products effectively to clients.
Provide technical product knowledge and updates to help salons stay competitive and informed.

- Reporting and Analysis:
1. Sales Tracking: o Monitor sales progress and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, trends, and opportunities.
2-Use data and feedback to optimize sales strategies and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:

- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze data from different sources (consumer surveys, sales reports, focus groups) to inform marketing strategies.

2. Campaign Development: Plan and execute advertising, promotions. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, digital marketing, sales) to ensure campaign success.

3. Product Launches: Plan and coordinate new product launches from concept to execution, including promotional activities, packaging, and communication strategies.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, public relations, and digital marketing teams to drive brand success across various channels. Coordinate with external agencies and partners for campaign execution.
5. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while meeting business objectives.

6. Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing activities and campaigns using KPIs such as sales growth, brand awareness, and consumer engagement. Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data and market insights.

5:

- Product Sales: Drive sales of salon products to existing and new salon accounts (salon owners, stylists, spa owners). Build and maintain relationships with salon professionals, distributors, and key accounts. Present and promote product lines to potential clients, providing detailed information about product benefits, usage, and performance. Negotiate contracts and pricing with salon clients and manage product orders.

6:

- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Monitor and track product sales performance, adjusting strategies where necessary to meet goals.

7:

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2. Experience: Previous experience in sales and marketing in the beauty, salon, or cosmetics industry (2-3 years preferred). Experience with product sales in a professional or salon setting is highly desirable.
4. Personal Traits: Enthusiastic about the beauty industry, with a passion for salon products and trends. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
