Our Design department is in search of a 3D Artist to join us on an immediate basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modelling, texturing, and other techniques
- Communicating with clients to understand their design requirements
- Conceptualizing and developing design ideas
- Keep workflows and quality constant across all environments.
- Assist the sales team with all aspects of a design project.
- Document and archive work pursuant to established standards.
- Work with the production team to establish schedules and milestone tasks
- Work with the tech art and design team to establish environment and asset creation budgets and pipelines.
- Monitor incoming assets from both internal and outsourcing partners to make sure they are technically and aesthetically compliant.
- Give and receive critique from multiple departments and directors during the creation process.
- Work with production to prioritize work and maintain a clear and consistent schedule.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Effects Artist, or a similar position in the Design industry
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Blender, Sketch-up, Maya, etc
- Having a strong portfolio of previous artworks and projects
- Highly creative and artistic individual
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
- Having a keen eye for detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per month
