Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative 3D AI Artist who can merge traditional 3D design skills with modern AI-driven tools. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating immersive visuals, generating AI-assisted 3D content, and working with cutting-edge generative technologies to bring concepts to life.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate 3D models, characters, environments, and assets using AI-assisted toolsUse generative AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) to produce concepts and refine visualsEnhance and stylize assets through 3D tools like Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, ZBrushCollaborate closely with the design, product, and development teams to create rich and interactive visual assetsConvert AI-generated concepts into polished 3D outputOptimize 3D models for real-time rendering, animation, or game engines (Unity/Unreal preferred)Experiment with and integrate new AI workflows for faster asset productionMaintain a creative pipeline and deliver assets within deadlinesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and renderingHands-on experience with AI image/3D generation toolsProficiency in tools like Blender / Maya / Cinema4D / ZBrushGood sense of aesthetics, design principles, detailing, and storytellingAbility to convert AI-generated concepts into high-quality production-ready assetsUnderstanding of PBR workflow and UV mappingCreativity + strong problem-solving approachPreferred Skills (Bonus)Experience with game engines (Unity/Unreal)Knowledge of animation, rigging, or VFXPrior experience in character design or environment designFamiliarity with Python scripts or add-ons for automationExperience in AR/VR content creation
