OutThink’s aim is to tackle the issue of human risk in cybersecurity, which is one of the two biggest risks of our time (as stated by the World Economic Forum). We believe traditional cybersecurity awareness computer-based training approach is outdated - 90% of data breaches are a result of human errors. We’re putting people at the centre of managing an organisation’s cyber risk and have pioneered the world’s first cybersecurity human risk management platform. We are seeking a driven Product Designer to join our Learning Experiences team to play a key role in building and delivering OutThink’s Cybersecurity Human Risk Management solution. In this role, you will work closely with various people within Product, Engineering and Content to deliver exceptional online learning experiences for OutThink’s end users. This role is initially offered on a 6 month contractor basis, with a view to conversion to full-time for a high performing individual.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Design world-class product eLearning experiences.** You’ll adopt a user-centric approach to product design that leads to elegant and delightful learning experiences for OutThink end-users - our goal is to create engaging security training content. Your work will be the lens through which learners perceive our product.
- **Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into highly intuitive learning experiences that reflect a user-obsessed approach to design.** Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform your designs, decisions, and identify opportunities to improve OutThink’s learning experiences.
- **Pioneer on Driving best-in-class user engagement.** You will be open to and lead with experimenting with and use generative AI where appropriate for novel use cases within learning experiences in collaboration with our Head of AI and Data Science.
- **Collaborate with and support our Content Team and Customers.** Learn from end-users what content creates maximum engagement corresponding to their individual needs. Work closely with our Content Team with the development, implementation, and testing of new learning experiences.
- **Anything else that comes our way.** We’re a growing scale-up and we’ll look to you to be dynamic and step outside of your swim-lane from time to time. As an example, this may include supporting our Marketing and GTM teams with designing and building collateral when needed.

**Your Background**

- **Relevant experience in product design.** Your visual design prowess is showcased through your work and style guides. You have a portfolio demonstrating a high level of craft in visual and interaction design and have experience with design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools. You’re familiar with UI Kit maintenance and have over 3 years of commercial experience utilising tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Blender, and Adobe Illustrator. Expertise in Learning Experiences and/or Learning Platforms is strongly desired.
- **Bias for delivering experience.** You are fascinated by technology and passionate about designing product in a way that delivers highly engaging user experiences that produce genuine value.
- **Proven excellence.** You have a strong educational foundation, ideally holding an undergraduate degree in a relevant design discipline, such as digital interactions, product design, UI/UX design or equivalent work experience. We value people who can demonstrate a track record of exceptional performance - whether that be academics, sports, profession, or another domain of interest.
- **Collaborative and autonomous working style.** You are humble and understand that being effective in Product and delivering value and tailored solutions requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, and with customers.
