**Job Purpose**: To support cell culture, virology and Molecular biology activities at Viral testing facility.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in downstream processing of Monoclonal Antibodies.
- Should have hands on experience in AEX,CEX,Nano filteration and virus filteration techniques
- Expert in operation and Maintenance of AKTA chromatographic systems
- Knowledge on Virus clearance Studies
- Sound knowledge on Troubleshooting of downstream process
- Experience in handling of scaledown model
- Documentation/Compilation of data for routine work as per the regulatory norms.
- Knowledge on equipment qualification and validation
- Knowledge on GLP,cGMP, ALCOA and 21CFR
- Knowledge on quality control procedures.
- Experience in CSV
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team

**Educational Qualification:
M.Sc / B.Tech / M. Tech in Biotechnology

**Technical/functional Skills**:

- Documentation/Compilation of data for routine work as per the regulatory norms.
- Knowledge on equipment qualification and validation
- Knowledge on GLP,cGMP, ALCOA and 21CFR
