**Overall responsibility**
Forming a vital supporting link within the team throughout the designing and execution of architectural projects Ability, skills & motivation to work under own initiative, with support from senior staff
**Key skills**: Taking responsibility for working as a team member from concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary stages including carrying out inspections of projects on site Strong design skills Good organisational skills & ability to work in a team and taking responsibility for own work Drawing and presentation skills in tasks reflecting all stages of the Projects Inclination to learn new software Good written and verbal communication skills Understanding of building technologies and environmental design and ability to employ structural practice and construction techniques Knowledge of technical standards, regulatory frameworks and health & safety norms Uphold the ethos of the Company in terms of professional and design standards
**Terms of employment** - Working hours 9:30 am to 6:30 pm - Six-day week
**Qualification -** Bachelor of Architecture - Computer aided drafting skills 1. Expert in AUTOCAD and Revit 2. Expert in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc) 3. Basic 3D Modelling like Sketch up and Rhino 4. Rendering Softwares like Vray & Enscape 5. Basic MS OFFICE
