To strengthen our academic team, we are looking for passionate and experienced **IELTS Speaking Tutors** who can deliver engaging and effective speaking sessions.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **one-on-one and group tutoring sessions** focused on the IELTS Speaking module.
- Assess students’ speaking proficiency and **identify improvement areas**.
- Create **customized lesson plans and materials** tailored to individual learning needs and language levels.
- Provide detailed and **constructive feedback** on grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, fluency, and coherence.
- Use varied teaching methodologies and engaging resources to **enhance student participation and retention**.
- Guide students on the **structure, format, and expectations** of the IELTS Speaking exam.
- Administer **mock speaking tests** to simulate exam conditions and track progress.
- Encourage and motivate students to **overcome speaking challenges** and build confidence.
- Stay updated with the **latest changes and trends in IELTS** assessment criteria and incorporate them into sessions.
- Maintain **accurate records** of student attendance, progress, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in teaching IELTS or Spoken English.
- Excellent command of the **English language**, both spoken and written.
- Strong **communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Patient, approachable, and **student-centric teaching attitude**.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple learners with different proficiency levels.
- **Availability for immediate joining.**
