**Job Title**: IELTS Tutor
**Location**: Vadodara (Onsite)
**Position Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach IELTS**: Conduct personalized or group lessons focusing on all four sections of the IELTS exam (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
- **Assessment**: Assess students' language skills and provide feedback to help improve their performance in each section.
- **Curriculum Design**: Design lesson plans, learning materials, and practice tests to meet the needs of individual students.
- **Practice Tests**: Conduct mock IELTS exams to familiarize students with the exam format, timing, and requirements.
- **Track Progress**: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust lessons based on their performance.
- **Student Support**: Provide support and motivation to students, helping them overcome challenges they may face during their preparation.
- **Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback on written assignments and speaking practices.
- **Test Strategies**: Teach test-taking strategies to improve speed, accuracy, and confidence.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide extra help in areas where students may struggle, whether in grammar, vocabulary, or test strategies.
- **Monitor Trends**: Stay updated on changes in the IELTS test format and best practices for test preparation.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- **Certification**: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other relevant certifications are
- **Experience**: Proven experience of 2 Years of teaching IELTS or other English proficiency exams is preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native fluency in English is required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IELTS test formats and assessment criteria.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to track student progress.
- Patience and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to motivate and engage students at different skill levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
