- **Translates Architectural Concepts to Interior Details**: Interprets architectural drawings and design concepts to produce highly detailed interior plans, elevations, sections, and technical drawings.
- **Specialized Interior Detailing**: Develops precise shop drawings for custom interior elements including built-in cabinetry, millwork, furniture, and unique finishes, ensuring constructibility and design intent.
- **CAD Software Mastery**: Proficiently utilizes AutoCAD for 2D drafting and may use BIM software (e.g., Revit) for 3D modeling and integrated project information.
- **Adherence to Building Codes and Standards**: Ensures all interior drawings and specifications comply with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- **Collaboration with Architectural Teams**: Works closely with architects and senior designers to integrate interior elements seamlessly within the overall building design.
- **Coordination with External Consultants**: Liaises with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers, and other consultants to resolve conflicts and ensure coordinated drawings.
- **Material and Finish Specification**: Assists in the selection, scheduling, and detailing of interior materials, finishes, and fixtures, reflecting architectural quality and durability.
- **Documentation and Revision Management**: Maintains organized drawing sets, manages revisions, and ensures accurate documentation throughout all project phases (schematic design to construction administration).
- **Site Survey and Measurement**: Conducts site visits for accurate field measurements and existing conditions surveys to inform detailed interior layouts.
- **Quality Assurance and Accuracy**: Conducts thorough self-checks and peer reviews of drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
