**Job Duties**:
1. Take control of the breakfast service and ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast.
2. Cooking and managing breakfast service and assisting with lunch service.
3. Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast.
4. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
5. Ensure all stocks are kept under optimum conditions.
6. Ensure all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time.
7. Ensure all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
8. Ensure the department is operated within the appropriate legislation and the appropriate records are maintained up-to-date.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
