**What you'll do**:

- Agile Transformation Leadership: Spearhead Agile at scale transformation in an organization with varying levels of Agile maturity, driving consistent delivery excellence.
- ART Facilitation: Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) by organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Cross-Team Alignment: Ensure seamless alignment and collaboration among Agile teams, Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Business Owners to maximize efficiency and value delivery.
- Value Stream Management: Manage and optimize the flow of value through the program and portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving impediments and dependencies.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics and reports using Jira and other tools to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the program, keeping stakeholders informed with regular progress updates and status reports.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with other ART leaders and stakeholders to strategically plan and coordinate the delivery of value across the program and portfolio.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine Agile practices, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and driving adoption of best practices.
- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to Agile teams and Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring their success in Agile practices.

**What you'll bring**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success in driving Agile delivery and transparency, with strong Jira reporting skills.
- **Genuine Commitment to Agile**: A deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with a focus on meaningful, value-driven practices.
- **Broad Agile Knowledge**: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and XP, with the ability to implement these methodologies effectively.
- **Resilience and Creativity**: A positive attitude toward challenges, with examples of pragmatic, outcome-driven approaches.
- **Initiative and Collaboration**: A track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change, both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Proven coaching ability, with experience in delivering workshops, training, and 1:1 mentoring.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a history of driving solutions and adaptability in dynamic environments.
