- Collaboration with internal & external stakeholders to set up the department e.g. Surgeons, CSSD
- Skilled in assisting for all types of Specialty & Super specialty surgeries - Cardiac/Neuro/Transplant etc.
- Ensures strict compliance to Infection control protocols as laid down in SOPs
- Ensures adequate compliance to patient safety, medico legal concerns & billing protocols
- Ensures strict inventory management of surgical supplies, consumables, drugs & narcotics.
- Effective management & handling of rapidly changing emergencies.
- Well versed with protocols related to Blood & blood products:

- Ability to handle immediate post-operative patient effectively & other aspects of anaesthesia care
- Awareness / Knowledge of Operating room environment as per accreditation standards.
- Ensures safety & comfort of the patient throughout the stay in the OR Complex
- Well versed with handling of Biomedical Generic & Specialty Medical equipment
- Demonstrates highest level of professionalism & is a role model for her team
