- Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience preferably as a Nurse in Industrial Sector or Hospital- Any additional requirement:
- MS-OFFICE(Word, Excel)- Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)- The incumbent should have through knowledge:
- Should speak and understand English & Hindi.
- Well versed with medical equipment.
- Ability of imparting health education on personal hygiene, nutrition and discharge.
- Key Roles and Responsibilities- Financial- To prepare monthly indent (store & pharmaceutical).
- To enter doctor visits and chart slips.
- Customer Oriented- To should make sure that all the patients get good nursing care.
- To ensure that the shifting of the patients to Nearby Hospital whenever required.
- People Oriented- To accompanying the patient to CT, x-ray, USG & sometimes to other hospitals.
- To be able to assist in various procedures.
- Internal Business Process- To administer of injections and medications.
- To ensure safe patient care for example proper handling of patients.
- To manage emergencies and administer emergency drugs.
- To maintain proper records and registers.
- To co-ordinate patient care with Company Doctor.
- To assist Company Doctor for all invasive and non-invasive procedures
- To be responsible for overall smooth functioning of Medical Room every day.
- To be responsible for maintaining First Aid inventory.
- To undertake medical room inventory checking and stock management.
