BHIVE is a group of Co-working and FinTech companies focused on commercial real estate. Workspace started out as the oldest co-working brand in Bangalore and is now one of the largest chains of co-working spaces in Bangalore.

Alts is a fast-growing Fintech Investment platform, we’re looking to leverage technology, making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors. We aim to create a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the product management team to assist in the development and execution of product strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Support the product management team in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and release plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product functionality and usability.
- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for technology and products.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with Zoho and HubSpot (knowledge of their features, capabilities, and use cases)
- Passion for technology, product management, and the desire to build innovative products
