_Game/Animation/Graphics Designer _
- Developing detailed Animation Design Documents (ADD) for new projects.
- Researching and playing new animations, gathering inspiration for new projects.
- Conceptualizing and ideating for new animations.
- Leading and delegating tasks to a team of animators and graphic artists.
- Continuously improving existing animations.
- Collaborating on the discussion and implementation of new features, planning deadlines, and new content.
- Contributing to the level design of every animation project.
- Analyzing analytics of animations and directing efforts accordingly.
- Overseeing the progress of animation development throughout all production stages.
- Ensuring the quality of animations from start to finish, along with project coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- **Certification in any game design / creative arts / fine arts / creative field / Multimedia Institutes**:

- **Must be passionate about animation**:

- **Passionate in Indian Native Languages(Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada etc.,) /Culture based Designs**:

- **A good eye for detail, sense of art and music would be a plus.**:

- **Must have market knowledge of games**:

- **Experience in a gaming company will be a huge plus.**
- You should be a team player, adhere to deadlines and be a good planner.
- If you're self-motivated and a positive thinker, we're looking for you
- Having knowledge of cartoon graphics and illustrations is a big plus

Work remotely - yes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
