**Job Title**: Stylized 3D Game Artist - Characters, Environments & UI (Onsite - Chennai)

**About Us**: We’re a small but focused indie game studio building cozy, casual-style mobile puzzle games. Our visual style is inspired by cozy and casual mobile games, particularly those with a clean, toy-like aesthetic similar to titles like _Decor Life_, _Block Jam 3D_, and _Merge Cakes_. We're looking for an artist who can take our prototypes to the next level with fun, toy-like visuals.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Design, model, and texture **stylized props, vehicles, and background assets**:

- Create **cute stylized characters** from scratch
- **Rig and animate characters** (idle, walk, simple actions)
- Build **gameplay-focused environment mockups** with layout, lighting, and storytelling
- Design **basic UI elements** like buttons, panels, icons (in 2D tools)
- Export and organize **game-ready assets** for Unity pipeline

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong experience and workflow in **Blender** (mandatory)
- Ability to create **stylized mobile-friendly assets** with clean topology and fun proportions
- Comfortable with **full-scene building**: composition, prop placement, color balance
- Ability to match reference games like _Decor Life_ or _Voodoo-style_ visuals
- Character **rigging and basic animation** skills
- Strong **texture painting** skills (hand-painted or stylized look)
- Understands Unity pipeline basics (even if not implementing directly)

**Bonus Skills**:

- UI design in Figma or Illustrator
- Experience with stylized material shaders

**Software Requirements**:

- **Blender** (mandatory)
- Photoshop (or similar for 2D work)

**Location**: Chennai - Onsite only

**Salary Range**: Commensurate with skill and experience (up to ₹40,000/month)
