**The Role**

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, strategic planning, and ensuring the company's fiscal stability. You will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, establishing sound business processes, and providing transparent communication to both internal management and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, risk management plans, and investment strategies.
- Oversee all daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, banking relationships, and timely payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements are prepared for both internal and external stakeholders, including management information systems (MIS) reporting.
- Lead a team of 10 finance professionals, fostering their development and participation in key decisions.
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance, including tax planning and timely fulfillment of all statutory obligations.
- Manage relationships with external agencies such as statutory/legal bodies, auditors, and banks.

**Qualifications**
- Qualified **CA with a minimum of 3 years of experience,** or a CA Intermediate with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proven managerial experience leading a team of 5-10 finance professionals.
- Strong technical skills in accounting and financial analysis.
- Expertise in SAP; knowledge of Focus software is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of banking formalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication skills and high ethical standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,517.76 - ₹161,299.47 per month
