Basic Qualifications:

- At least 14-17 Years of experience in Data & Anlaytics-ERP domain (SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW4HANA, SLT,BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud -SAC, BODS and SAP SAP BOE and Patching and Upgrade experience is must.
- In-depth understanding of the SAP Data & Analytics-ERP solution architecture and strategic roadmap in Consumer Healthcare business.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong experience in Data & Anlaytics-ERP domain Application Development and Operations Support and working with Strategic Partners is must.
- Exceptional communication and interaction,People Management and waterfalls and agile development methodologies is must
- Passionate about innovation and promoter of bringing new ideas / solutions / technologies to the table

About the role- This Product Expert
- Data & Analytics -ERP roles is to support Analytics -ERP Applications product development and Operational Support,He/she will report to Director-Head of Data & Analytics Heleon.- The Product Manager
- role are specifically focussed on providing strategic insights, operational reporting, analytical capabilities across the Haleon business- Partner with a diverse and global set of senior stakeholders across Haleon business -Finance, Supply chain and procurement etc and global support functions.- Accountable for driving regular communications on programmes/projects and service delivery / improvements.- The role will partner closely with ERP Service assurance Operation support Strategic Vendor as part of overall operational support, incident, problem management, and technology upgrades etc.- The role will bring their teams together to deliver efficiently through culture of constant testing and iterating, ensuring their team is able to foster the closest possible relationships with their development and design teams as well as the stakeholders across the business to deliver the best possible, highest quality products.

Role Responsibilities- Support Data & Analytics -ERP Applications Development and Operational support by delivering backend innovations using SAP BW on HANA /BW4HANA/SLT and SAP BODS, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BOE (AO,SAP Lumira and WEBI).- Responsible for managing the strategic development, integration and implementation of the suite of SAP ERP datawarehousing and analytical capabilities using all Data & Analytics-ERP Applications.- Builds and supports teams through a mixture of Haleon employees, contingent workers and strategic suppliers to deliver against the technical roadmap (aligned with strategic directions) for the product teams ensuring the initiatives strike the balance between standardization, customization, innovation, costs and risk management, while reflecting disruptive technology trends that affect the business.- Acts as trusted advisor on all matters of the corporate technology, software development, and project delivery.- Communicates regularly with key stakeholders to collect and share feedback, and ensures that business users within the Consumer Healthcare are engaged and supportive of direction.- Accountable to successfully deliver assigned programs/projects and results through cross-functional collaboration and partnering with the program/project leads and enterprise-wide stakeholders and upstream and downstream partners and colloborations with Azure platform team and Data Visulztions team is must.- Identifies opportunities for increased efficiency through new tools and techniques, including other necessary modifications needed due to regulations within a respective country or region; ability to provide value-add, business process improvement recommendations.- Responsible for system availability against acceptable SLAs, agreed upon with the business stakeholders, monitoring and reporting on those service levels, and escalating when service levels are not met- Monitors and resolves technical impediments across product teams, ensuring timely resolution of all critical and / or complex problems.- Accountable for product budget and resourcing, ensuring on time delivery that meet quality parameters, third-party selection and engagement, and relevant internal and external audits. Reviews and manages resource assignments based on project priorities; support project leads with determining accurate estimates for project planning.
