**Designation: POS Level 2 support**

**Job Details**:

- Manage system integrations between POS systems and loyalty programs, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless transaction flow and data accuracy.
- Handle user access management, password resets, and account lockouts for platforms such as Xstore, JDA, Onelogin, Dayforce, and Yoobic.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with POS registers, pin pads, Zebra tablets, iPads, barcode scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN), ensuring mínimal disruption to POS operations and adherence to connectivity KPIs.
- Perform regular software upgrades, patches, and POS system health checks, reducing downtime and improving Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
- Ensure proper syncing between POS systems and back-office platforms, maintaining inventory and financial data integrity.
- Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment, maintaining high incident response rates and meeting incident management KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years of L2 POS support experience with over 4 years of total technical experience.
