- Manage system integrations between POS systems and loyalty programs, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways, ensuring seamless transaction flow and data accuracy.
- Handle user access management, password resets, and account lockouts for platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues with POS registers, pin pads, Zebra tablets, iPads, barcode scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN, ensuring mínimal disruption to POS operations and adherence to connectivity KPIs.
- Perform regular software upgrades, patches, and POS system health checks, reducing downtime and improving MTTR
- Ensure proper syncing between POS systems and back-office platforms, maintaining inventory and financial data integrity.
- Collaborate with vendor and internal technical teams for escalations and resolution of complex incidents.
- Document resolutions, known errors, and troubleshooting steps in the knowledge base for faster issue resolution.
- Support testing and validation of new POS functionalities, patches, and integrations before deployment to stores.
- Flexible to work in a 24×7 environment, maintaining high incident response rates and meeting incident management KPIs.
- Minimum 2 years of L2 POS support experience (POS/mobile POS systems such as Aptos, Oracle, Manhattan, GK Software)
