What is the role? As an Instructional Designer, you will design, develop, and implement interactive online courses. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Academics and working closely with members of the Academic and Operations Team.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Researching, designing, and developing eLearning and asynchronous courses for GSL’s blended and online environments.
- Conducting detailed analysis to identify the target audience’s learning needs and preferences.
- Reviewing and redesigning course objects to ensure they meet quality standards. - Collaborating with other learning professionals to build and deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience to GSL’s audience.
- Lead instructional design research projects, and work closely with SMEs, graphic designers, IT team members, and other vendors to ensure their efficient implementation.

What we are looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing educational content such as CBTs, WBTs and ILTs
- A degree in Instructional Design / Master in Educational Technology / MA in E-Learning
- Prior professional experience in designing, creating, and reviewing educational and web content (Preferred: experience in LMS and/or OER)
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems is a must
- Past experience working with authoring tools like Flash, Illustrator, Articulate Storyline
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Video editing and whiteboard animation tools will be a plus.
- Strong track record of having applied critical thinking and creativity in creating age-appropriate and context-related content. - Excellent visualization skills specifically applied to Instructional Design
- Proven excellence in conducting research and analysis on projects related to e-learning experiences.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and drive projects.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
