We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to enter data from various source documents into the computer system for researching, verifying, Updating, Maintaining, Storing, Processing, and Data management purposes, along with ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. All E-commerce Executives should Read, Write & Speak in English, Companies in India usually have copy-paste projects, but our requirements are different.

**We want excellent English communication skills.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare, compile & sort text-based & numerical information from source documents or by opening and sorting mail within the time limits for data entry.
- Compile, verify & sort source information for accuracy to prepare source data to enter it in the prescribed computer, files, forms, or electronic format.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
- Research & Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Update data and delete unnecessary files.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features to achieve satisfaction.
- Assist in training junior E-commerce Executives if asked to do so.
- Get cross-training and handle other projects/processes/updating products on websites
- simultaneously if required.
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
