We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive for a seed funded sustainable packaging startup.

**Job Profile**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Assist in marketing campaign development and execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Create and manage marketing materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1 to 4 years in B2B sales, with a focus on Modern Trade and FMCG.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
