Female Personal Assistant to Founder in Rishikesh

Key responsibilities:

- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
- Reminding the founder of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the founder
- Conserves founder's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
- Assigning work to other staff; following up on results

- Personal assistant, administrative or office experience
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and show a strong sense of initiative
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and be flexible
- Excellent organisational, analytical and administrative skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Flexible in approach and able to amend hours as required to suit business needs

- Valid passport
- Willingness and love for travelling
- Ready to travel on outside India also.
