**Key Responsibilities**:
- Bake artisan breads: sourdough, multigrain, gluten-free, etc.
- Create vegan and gluten-free desserts with modern presentation.
- Maintain hygiene, manage mise en place, and meet production timelines.
- Collaborate on menu planning and seasonal specials.
**Requirements**:
- Proven baking experience (hotel background preferred).
- Knowledge of dietary baking (vegan/gluten-free).
- Creative presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work mornings, weekends, or holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
