Description
- Is in charge of the OPD area.
- Check all things in the OPD are in the proper place.
- OPD MANAGEMENT.
- Co-ordination with new patients, giving an estimate and their concerns.
- Follow up on patients who need admission.
- Chemotherapy patients admission, reminders, resolving queries.
- Taking reviews from the patient about services and updating it to management.
- Authorized to collect the OPD feedback forms, scrutinize and submit it to the higher authority.
- Authorized to deal with complicated issues and report to Manager.
- To meet and greet patients, members of the public and visitors to the practice in a friendly and courteous manner.

Preferred Education

BSc, Hospitality & Hotel Management. BCA (Bachelors Of Computers Application), Bachelor Degree
