As a home loan sales professional, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell mortgage products to potential clients. Here are some key roles and responsibilities associated with this position:

- Generating leads: Utilize various channels to identify and reach out to potential customers who are interested in purchasing a home or refinancing their existing mortgage.
- Conducting consultations: Meet with clients to assess their financial situation, understand their needs, and recommend suitable home loan products.
- Providing information: Educate clients about different types of mortgage options, interest rates, repayment terms, and other relevant information to help them make informed decisions.
- Building relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to earn their trust and loyalty, leading to repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiating terms: Work with clients and lenders to negotiate favorable terms on home loans, such as interest rates, loan amounts, and repayment schedules.
- Closing deals: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and guide clients through

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per year
