We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to help us expand our business development team. You will lead sales strategy and execution to expand the customer base and increase relationships with existing customers.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.

**Requirements and skills**
- Freshers can apply.
- Graduate (Marketing or related field with a maximum of 2 years of experience)
- Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role.
- High-level communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Software industry knowledge is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
