
Back Office Coordinator

**The Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of academic and administrative tasks ,enhancing faculty productivity, student satisfaction, and operational efficiency while aligning with the institute's core values of Integrity, Student-Centric Focus, Innovation, and Unity.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage batch scheduling, faculty assignments, and LMS updates.
- Handle student and parent concerns, course completions, and certifications.
- Oversee branch operations, including inventory, labs, and fee collection.
- Facilitate placement activities and maintain records.
- Collaborate with staff and report to management.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
**Education and Work Experience Requirements**:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent
- Experience: Freshers or 1+ year experience in academic coordination or similar roles.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Skills: Strong communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving, team player and proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
