
Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments for clients and ensure the appointment calendar is up-to-date.
- Provide information to clients regarding clinic services, procedures, and pricing.
- Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding client information and clinic policies.
- Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Knowledge of dermatology or medical terminology is a plus but not required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
