Job Title: Agra Office Professional

Job Summary:
Various office tasks are assigned to the officers to carry out the activities and functions of the office. These officers, who are in charge of the office, are called office managers. Office managers have to perform all office functions in an effective and efficient manner to help organizations achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Proper organization of office operations and procedures.

2. Controlling of office correspondence (Inbound and outbound).

3. Dealing with complaints and queries.

4. Putting appropriate filing and indexing systems in place.

5. Review and approve office supply needs such as ordering.

6. Telecommunication will also have to be done.

7. Booking transport and accommodation.

8. Putting appropriate filing and indexing systems in place.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
➔ Educational: Graduation/Post graduation/Diploma

➔ Experience: Fresher/Experienced

➔ Technical Skills: Good Microsoft Office Knowledge

➔ Soft Skills: Good communication skills, Good Aptitude

Compensation and Benefits: Salary Up to 35000 INR Per Month

Location and Work Schedule: Agra, UP & 10AM - 7 PM
