The main goal is to develop business and sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers for demand and supply. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling vehicle placement over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the app downloading, load posting and vehicle placement service provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients (KYC) and maintain healthy relations with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the deal efficiently. You are also responsible for the smooth payment process with the customers.

The tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.

One should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by sales team.

Tele caller should able to negotiate freight price to close deals successfully.

KRA of Tele-Callers

Obtaining and updating profiles of Shippers & Carriers.

Calling Leads, Active and Prospecting Clients to encourage use of agrigator.

Obtaining Loads (Intents) from shippers and close deals with the help of placement teams.

Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

Meeting sales quotas.

Answering customers' queries on the product.

Pushing Customers to download app.

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Managing Sales Cycle & Funnel.
