**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow Skrolled's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze campaign performance, generating insights to optimize future strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Support in organizing webinars, workshops, and events to promote Skrolled's offerings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- **Creativity**: A knack for storytelling and an eye for compelling visuals and content.
- **Analytical Skills**: Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
- **Proactiveness**: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a passion for learning.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality in work.
