**Job Title**: Marketing Trainee
**Location**: Delhi
**Salary**: ₹14,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new business leads and actively contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Visit distributors to establish relationships and gather actionable feedback.
- Support the sales team with the creation and delivery of marketing materials.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts through performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, customers, and distributors to foster strong relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com, Marketing, or Business preferred).

**Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and sales processes.
- Content creation skills, including basic graphic design or copywriting abilities.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Creativity and a problem-solving approach to marketing challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
