- Interpret and Implement QA standards.
- Review Implementation and Efficiency of Quality.
- Develop, Recommends and Monitor Corrective and Preventive Activities.
- Analyses deficiencies in service or performance and recommends procedure service improvements to address problem.
- Design and implement defect reduction program.
