**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Creation**:

- Collaborate with Faculty members to develop engaging and effective paid courses.
- Ensure that course content aligns with Oliveboard's standards and meets the needs of the target audience.
- **Faculty Coordination**:

- Communicate with faculty members to convey details about upcoming courses, including content requirements, timelines, and any specific guidelines.
- Foster positive relationships with faculty to enhance collaboration and content quality.
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of paid courses on the Oliveboard platform.
- Coordinate with various teams, including content development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth course delivery.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to uphold the standard of content delivery in the live classes of the different courses.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users, faculty, and other stakeholders to continuously improve course offerings.
- **Platform Optimization**:

- Work closely with the technology team to identify and resolve any operational issues on the Oliveboard platform related to paid courses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
