**Job Overview**:
The role involves assisting team in effectively managing employee communication/engagement and corporate social responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executing the employee communication plan across internal channels and social media to enhance employee engagement and bolster employer branding
- Help manage engagement with station staff, in addition to the corporate office
- Executing internal events of small and large scale involving key stakeholders
- Driving implementation of CSR plan aligned with the organisation’s focus areas
- Tracking and evaluating community projects with measurable outcomes
- Leading engagement from employees in volunteering activities
- Close coordination with international offices, partners, vendors etc.
- Cross-functional and inter-departmental coordination
- Record keeping of data, images and knowledge repository of Corp Comm
- Management, maintenance and regular updation of various reports and information resources

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Good understanding of internal communication and corporate social responsibility
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and good team player
- Good with coordination with multiple parties, follow-ups with internal/external stakeholders, documentation and administrative processes
- Good at record-keeping and compilation of reports

**Work Experience**:

- 0-2 Years of working experience

**Qualification**:

- Graduate from recognized university
