**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of analytical techniques including chromatography (HPLC, GC), spectroscopy (UV-Vis, NMR, FTIR), and mass spectrometry.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for the characterization of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Analyze data using statistical methods and interpret results to inform product development and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and functioning correctly.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on advancements in analytical techniques and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation and techniques.
- Experience in method development and validation.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and regulatory standards
- Experience/knowledge of biostimulants and Agri-formulation analyses.
