- Follow up with leads to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate product solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and lead data.
- Prepare basic quotations and share product specifications when required.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
