**Supply Chain Coordinator - APC Supply Chain Coordination - Chennai, India** Service Order Handling has the responsibility to on time delivery of materials to service for scheduled & unscheduled services to Wind Turbines. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for order management to support internal customers, resolving customer issues and acting as first point of contact to the SBU for supply chain management. **Responsibilities** - Act as the primary point of contact to all customers in the Regions for Spares & Tools - Responsible for "Down Turbine" order management, communication, and results - High Urgency - Participate in daily turbine down call, interface with Site managers and Service management - Monitor delivery note creation and to the warehouse to ensure same day shipment to meet agreed delivery expectations - Evaluate return requests including stocking levels calculations and financial impact with limited supervision - Receive, Process and Close NCR's - Process or redirect construction PR's **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required - 1-3 years of experience from a global international supply chain function within Customer service, Order management/Fulfillment or Spare parts /Service environment - 1 or more years of ERP/MRP Experience, SAP experience preferred **Competencies** - Cross cultural understanding with solid stakeholder management skills - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Working style is well structured, focused, Professional and committed - Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner - Good system and business understanding - Willing to work in Shifts **What We Offer** An opportunity to contribute in building a world class SCM operations in Wind industry.
