**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement**:

- Identify procurement needs and develop purchase plans based on inventory and project requirements.
- Source materials, goods, and services from reliable vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, price, reliability, and service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular assessments and negotiate contracts for favorable terms.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to secure the best deals.
- Develop strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing data.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all procurement and organizational policies.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, or disputes with suppliers.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards and legal guidelines related to procurement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
