Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, limitations, and preferences.
- Design customized workout plans tailored to individual needs, incorporating strength training, cardio, flexibility, and other modalities as appropriate.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide hands-on guidance during training sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness goals, providing encouragement and support along the way.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust workout plans as needed, and track key metrics to measure success.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and lifestyle factors in achieving optimal health and fitness.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, including equipment upkeep and sanitization.
- Stay current on industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness and wellness.

Qualifications:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential from a recognized certifying organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in personal training or related fitness field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate clients' individual needs and abilities.
- CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
