**Job Title: Assistant Clinic Incharge / Assistant Clinic Manager**

**Overview**:
We are looking forAssistant Clinic Incharge / Cashier to manage desk operations, provide excellent patient service, handle cash transactions, and assist with operational management at our medical clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and assisting with operation management.
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage insurance claims.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Assist with patient forms and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

- Any graduate/diploma
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in office equipment and software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing is a plus.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
