Role: Communication Trainer

Location: Bangalore

**Requisites**:

- Should have good presentation skills, knowledge of MS Office, good team skills and situation handling skills
- Experience in training large groups of professionals up to mid management level
- Must have delivered sessions and conducted workshops on voice and accent, grammar, and other power skills
- Should be smart, innovative, and talented

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Create modules and presentations on power skills
- Provide coaching & feedback to enhance the performance of the existing workforce
- Analyse the coaching/training needs of the workforce & support them in delivery
- Enhance communications skills and improve the spoken and written skills of the workforce
- Counselling, motivating & providing soft skill training
- Should be able to strengthen and develop confidence and key competencies among the workforces
- Designing developmental programs & workshops to upskill them
- Content development/enhancement of training delivery methodology
- Keep the workforce updated on latest theories and practices related to communication
- Support floor training/coaching initiatives: Resolution & Communication etc.
- Develop action plans and report the improvement process in business reviews
- Plan & run campaigns to drive 'Awareness/Improvement' in communication & soft skills
- Team Dynamics: Should be a team player and respects the views of fellow workers
- Implements time management in day-to-day delivery and practices ownership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Communication Trainer: 10 years (preferred)
