**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored wellness solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and facilitate the sales process, ensuring the successful closure of deals.
- Stay updated on Solh Wellness's programs and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company's growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to provide recommendations for the development of new programs and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and report regularly to the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, terminologies, and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- A results-driven mind-set with a focus on achieving targets.
- Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
