**Job Title : US Process Trainer**

**Experience : 5+ Years (As US IT Recruiter)**

**Location : Trichy (Work from office)**

**Timings : UK Shift Timings (1:00pm - 10:00pm) Cab will be Provided for Drop**
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must with keen interest in teaching field
- Command on English vocabulary and language with firm grip on Grammar
- Bachelors degree with complete staffing/recruiting life cycle experience of 2-5 years.
- Excellent oral (phone), written communication skills and computer savvy (MUST).
- Internet recruiting and lead generation through Ceipal, Oorwin, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.
- Adept at tactical decision making, negotiating, coordinating, closing requirements etc.
- Knowledge of the various technologies and IT staffing industry practices.
- Knowledge of US Tax terms (W2/1099/C2C etc.) and Visa’s (H1B/GC/EAD/L1/OPT).
- Experience working with high volumes large clients.
- Go getter who can think out of the box with motivation and drive to succeed.
- Quick thinker with excellent inter-personal and team co-ordination skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Team building and mentoring, process-oriented approach.
