Role: Instructional Designer

Job Description: The Instructional Designer is responsible for performing the analysis, planning, design, development and implementation of all Fractal EdTech learning initiatives in alignment with strategic and operational goals. The Instructional Designer will participate to create innovative learning solutions using sound instructional design methodologies, current technologies and effective project management to meet organizational product development goals
- Job Responsibilities:
- Use your experience in contemporary methods of adult learning theory, social and mobile learning, and curriculum design to build and improve e-learning, instructor-led, and blended approach education-
- Coordinate instructional design projects from inception to completionIdentify ways to grow the organization’s learning presence-
- Participate in the presales process by helping to develop client proposals and presentations for new and existing clients-
- Foster positive interdepartmental relationships while collaborating with different teams at Fractal-
- Exhibit a product development mindset by creating efficiencies and building scalability across products-
- Modify existing processes and create new wherever required- Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or Communications
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in online curriculum development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
